今考えずにただひたすら歩いていたのであまり疲れは感じられずリフレッシュできたのでよかったのですが、今考えると目的地があるわけでもなく3時間以上も歩いていた自分に少し驚いています。
そこで質問なのですが、お二人は最大何時間まで歩いたことがありますか?いつもウォーキングをする際はお二人のポッドキャストを聞きながら楽しませてもらっています。これからも応援しています。
