I lost my cool.
Why is there spaghetti sauce on the wall?
Oh…I got a little angry last night…
And?
And I lost my cool. I’ll clean it up.
 
When you get angry or frustrated or mad...do you EXPLODE? SOMETIMES I do...actually, when I was younger, it was more common. But now, I'm SO cool...I never explode. I'm always nice.
