Four suspicious fires were confirmed in Sakata, Oizumi Town between the 7th and the 13th.

The second incident occurred at around 11 PM on the 10th, when a restaurant customer found an umbrella and other items burning in a green area about 200 meters away.
In the third incident, fire brigade members confirmed that garbage was burning again at the same time in the same location as the first incident.
In the fourth incident, at around midnight on the 13th, a restaurant owner discovered a plastic container on fire on a wooden bench in the green area.
The source of ignition has not been found in any of the incidents, and the Oizumi Fire Department and the town's fire brigade are stepping up their vigilance.
