今日は仕事を1時間ぐらい残業をしました。 I worked overtime for about an hour today.
そして、声日記録音しようかなと思って、 And I thought I'd record my voice diary.
あれ、今日何食べたかなと思ったら、 I thought, what did I eat today?
あまり大したものを食べてないことに気づきました。 I realized that I didn't eat much.
ブスケットとオフィスのヨーグルト、 I only had biscuits, office yogurt,
オフィスの冷蔵庫に余ってたヨーグルトぐらいしか食べてなかったので、 and I was hungry.
オフィスのすぐ近くにあるショッピングモールで、 I went to a shopping mall near my office
ソフトクリームを食べました。 and I ate a soft serve ice cream.
ソフトクリームセンディナール100円です。 It was 100 yen.
結構軽い味わいなんですけれども、 It was a light taste,
美味しくて気に入っています。 but it was delicious and I liked it.
この夏、もう10回ぐらい帰りに寄って、 I came back about 10 times this summer
ソフトクリームを食べました。 and I ate a soft serve ice cream.
今日は仕事がちょっと忙しく、 Today, I was a little busy with work,
でもすっきりした気持ちです。 but I felt refreshed.
私は普段もしかしたらもう少し忙しくしていたいのかもしれません。 I might want to be a little busier than usual.
ちょっと1時間残業して、 I had a little overtime for an hour,
帰る直前に誰かと連絡を取り合って、 and I contacted someone right before I got home.
「これはここまで終わりました。」って連絡をしてね。 I said,
今帰ってきたんですけど、 I just got home,
何かそういう期限があったり、 I had a deadline,
少しちょっと頑張って終わらせようみたいな仕事が、 I didn't have much work to do,
実はあんまりはないので、 so I didn't have much time.
もしかしたら私は普段がちょっと暇すぎてつまんないのかもしれないなということを、 I thought I might be bored because I had too much free time.
今日1日を終えて思いました。 I thought that after today.
もちろん残業はしないにとしたことはないのです。 Of course, I have never stopped working.
残業奨励みたいになるのは良くない。 It's not good to be like a funeral.
でも、残業というか、やっぱり何時までにこれとこれをこうやって終わらせようみたいな、 It's a bit of a challenging goal to finish this and that by what time.

もしくはすごくルーティンワークで、何か、いつまでに何を達成するというよりは毎日流れてくるものをこなしていくというものが、 I do a lot of routine work, so it's not about achieving something forever,
今の仕事は多いので、ちょっと物足りなさを感じているのかもしれないなということを改めて気づきました。 I realized again that I may feel a little insufficient.
そうですね。公営日記としては、今だいぶ秋らしくなってきたって最近毎日思っていますが、とはいえ30度以上あるので、 I think it's getting pretty autumn now, but it's still over 30 degrees,
今日ヨーロッパの同僚と会議をしたら、なんか寒いとかって、22度とか言ってました。寒いみたいです。 I had a meeting with a colleague in Europe today, and he said it was cold, 22 degrees. It seems cold.

カメラオフが基本なので、正直参加している人がもしかしたら集中して参加しているのかもわかんないなと思うこともあり、 I don't know if the people who are participating are concentrating on the camera,
みんなあまり集中しないで2時間の会議をするぐらいだったら、集中した会議を30分以内ぐらいでしたほうがいいのになぁとはいつも思っています。 If everyone were to have a two-hour meeting without concentrating too much, I always think it would be better to have a meeting within 30 minutes.

この運動するぞって宣言したりするのに使うのは、この声日記はちょうどいいですね。 I use this voice diary to declare that I'm going to exercise.
自分で一人で日記に紙に書くより、こうやって口に話すと、それをよしやるぞという気持ちが高まります。 I feel more motivated to do it than to write a diary on paper by myself.
それからもう一つ声日記について気づいたことは、朝録音してみたんですけど、朝だと日記っていう感じにはなんかならず。 The other thing I noticed about the voice diary is that I recorded it in the morning, but in the morning it didn't feel like a diary.

やっぱり日記を書きたい、話したい時間というのは、仕事が終わってから、夕方から夜にかけての方が振り返りという感じが出て、自分にとってはいいなと思いました。 The time I want to write and talk about a diary is from after work, from evening to night, so I thought it was good for me.
朝前日のことを話すっていうのもなんか違うしね。なので、声日記は夕方から夜にかけて、録音した方が私には合っていると感じています。 So I think it's better to record a voice diary from evening to night.

写真も何枚かアップしたいと思います。雰囲気はあたかもちょっと田舎のジャスコ。地方都市のジャスコでももう少し日本だったら賑わってますかね。 I'd like to upload some pictures. The atmosphere is a little bit like a rural JASCO. Even if it's a rural JASCO, it would be a little busier in Japan.
ここはこのモールはこの町で一番大きいモールではなく、二番目のモールなんですけど、お店がまだそのモール全体の半分ぐらいしか埋まってないんですよね。 It's not the biggest mall in this town, but it's the second largest mall, but only half of the mall is still full.
まだというよりはもうこのモールはできてから5年ぐらい経つと思うので、ずっと半分ぐらいしか埋まってない。 It's been about 5 years since this mall was built, so it's only half full.
あと昼はお客さんもちょっと少ないし、あんまり賑わっているとは言えないモールです。 It's a mall where there are few customers in the afternoon and it's not very busy.
公園日記を録音したりするには、もしかしたら静かでちょうどいいかもしれない。 It might be quiet and just right to record a diary.
今6時半なので、少しずつ人が増えている時間帯ですね。 It's 6.30 now, so there are more and more people.
こちらの人はお買い物も、お散歩、家族でお出かけも、夕方から夜にかけて遅い時間に外出することが多いです。 These people go shopping, take a walk, and go out with their family from evening to night.
ゲームセンターなんかもあるし、シネマコンプレックスもあるんですよ。 There's a game center and a cinema complex.

それからピンポンって書いてあって、卓球場、ボーリング場もあります。 There's also a ping-pong and a ping-pong table tennis court and a bowling alley.
一番上のフロアにはフードコートになっていて、ゲームセンターなんかがあるのが一番上のフロア。 There's a food court on the top floor, and there's a game center on the top floor.
それでその1個下のフロアにお洋服や化粧品を売っている店があって、それからミニソーというね、海外に行ったことある人は見たことあるかもしれませんが、 Then there's a shop selling clothes and cosmetics on the first floor, and then there's a mini-store.
日本に本店はあるという中国の企業のダイソーとユニクロと合わせたみたいなロゴの店があります。 There's a Chinese company called Daiso and Uniqlo that has a main store in Japan.

それでその一番下のフロアにはスーパーマーケットなどがあります。 Then there's a supermarket on the bottom floor.
それからホームセンターみたいなお店もここにはあります。 Then there's a store like a home center here.
ホームイスタンブールという名前。 The name is Home Istanbul.
ショッピングモールとかはもう完全にトルコのコピーペーストっていう感じです。 The shopping mall is completely like a copy-paste of Turkey.
多分トルコの資本が入っているというか、出店しているお店もほとんどトルコのお店だったりします。 I think it's mostly a Turkish store with Turkish capital.
ここはトルコ国境から1時間ですからね。 This is an hour from the Turkish border.
多分この大きな資本はトルコとつながっているんでしょう。 I think this big capital is connected to Turkey.
お洋服とかもほとんどトルコ製のものが多いです。 Most of the clothes are made in Turkey.
