絆の強さの理由
Hi, I'm Koba, Yasu.
This is Carpe Diem Seize the day.
I'll be mumbling my thoughts in daily life.
Today's episode is about ties.
Ties in here means that, quote,
a strong connection between people or organizations, unquote.
In Japanese, we may call it as Kizuna.
There are two things that I'd like to share.
One, what makes ties strong?
And second, my experience in building ties,
in area of family ties, ties of friendship,
and ties with colleagues or clients.
What makes ties strong?
Well, having fulfilling time together bring strong ties, I think.
家族の絆
My experience in building ties, I'd like to share three things.
The first is about my family ties.
In my case, my family ties is relatively good and strong.
Maybe because my parents and I spent more time together in my teenage.
At that time, my father was living away from home due to his business.
But we got together as family during my school holiday.
Although that holiday period is very short period of time,
but we had very fulfilling time driving to mountains
or driving to the seashores together,
having dinner together,
and those things made our family ties stronger.
About ties of friendship,
having time together in traveling, staying same place, sharing moments
made stronger ties with my friends.
Before the pandemic, I spent my holiday traveling with my friends and their families
almost every year.
In this August, we got together for the first time in four years in Tokyo.
We had lunch and dinners
and enjoyed about what we saw, ate, felt together
during those traveling that we shared for more than five or six years,
almost every year.
Disability is the memories earned from good experience.
And those things will grow in compound,
which I mentioned in my first episode of my podcast.
同僚やクライアントとのつながり
Lastly, about ties with colleagues and clients,
my experience in overseas project,
I spend night and day, including sometimes dinner together.
And those things made closer relationship with project members.
My client once said that having lunch and dinner together is part of team building.
I totally agree with his opinion.
In this episode, I share my thoughts that having fulfilling time together will bring stronger ties.
And I showed three kinds of ties with my experience,
family ties, ties of friendship, and ties with colleagues and clients.
Thanks for listening.
See you next time.
