And I, we did an on-can for a Koala mattress and the Koala mattress people, you know,
gave me a new Koala mattress.

So when I'm, when it's time for me to sleep, the, the stomach, the what's inside is, it's
very different.

Um, looking back at it now in hindsight, I think those are some of the changes that could

be the reason to why my sleep quality has gone better.

Also, soccer could be another big change.

Because your body is really tired.

Not only the day that I exercise and did soccer, but also throughout the week, right?
I feel like it's been giving a good effect on my body.
